Eligibility Window

We accept returns for eligible physical products within 30 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this window may not qualify for a refund.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging

  • In resellable condition

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may be denied a refund.

Non‑Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Digital goods once delivered

  • Gift cards

  • Consumable items (brand‑specific exceptions may apply)

  • Final‑sale or clearance items

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item, damaged on arrival, etc.), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If IMC is at fault, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refund Method

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
